I love this piece. First of all, the colors are gorgeous. I think you made good use of the rocks. It sends the eye up to the skyline. You don't have too much water, and you don't have too much sky - it seems very balanced. One thing you could consider (perhaps?) is to use a longer exposure time to blur the water. It's an effect I've seen a few times and it's always great. But overall, this is an image I would buy and frame! I would like to see more of your work in the future and see if they are all this great or better!
And just in line with your title the shot has an almost dream like quality , bordering on the fine line between a normal image and an abstract so in a nut shell from a vision standpoint i think this has been executed well. Moving on to the technical aspects the focus and exposure are looking good , iam not too sure though from a composition perspective and that maybe due to the high view point used here, i cant but help feel that a much lower point of view would have strengthened the composition further. If however that was not possible then i would try and step back a bit to avoid the cut of rocks at the edge of the frames, Other than that i think the image has impact from a tonal range perspective and like i said above the almost dream like quality of the image so well done on that
Cheers
